I often wonder how much the lingerie / women's apparel industry is aware of men who wear panties. Does it ever come up in internal meetings? Do manufacturers ever try to cater to this demographic?
Today, the subject is slightly less taboo and some businesses are very candid, open, and welcoming of men who like to wear panties. Katie & Laura's Satin Panties in particular should be commended for being very vocally supportive and encouraging:

Well I back in 2012 it seems I was curious about this question and decided to reach out to various businesses to see what they had to say. Digging through the old outbox, it seems I emailed herroom.com, barenecessities.com, freshpair.com, and shadowline. I remember trying to find contact info for Vanity Fair too (of course!) but I can't find any record of correspondence with them.
Of those, only freshpair ghosted me. Barenecessities and Herroom both replied with generic invitations for men to browse their catalogs, but herroom also notably linked to their pro-men-wearing-panties landing/advice page: https://www.herroom.com/Lingerie-For-Men.aspx
To Shadowline, I wrote:
Hi Shadowline,
Do you have any data regarding what proportion of your end users are male? Have you ever designed any underwear with men in mind?
Thanks,
Shadowline replied:
We appreciate the male customers, but we don't have the expertise in menswear to design and manufacture a product.
That did answer a question, terse as it was. I thought it was nice that they replied at all, and in my mind Shadowline is simply one of if not the very best panty brand I've ever tried, so this was like getting an email response from a celebrity!
