Is it excessive, since I just got a whole bunch of panties in the mail ? Who cares! Let's live a little! Let's take a leisurely stroll through Kohl's women's underwear section. I can happily report that Kohls remains an excellent shopping choice for the panty-wearing male. They carry a range of diverse brands and styles, including some of the most popular in men's wear. The Bali Skimp Skamp, which I recently reviewed , was well-stocked in a variety of colors and sizes, and highly organized. They look so inviting! The Vanity Fair Ravissant brief , maybe the best panty known to man, was also prominently represented, proudly hanging in full splendor right at the front of the women's intimates section.  They also carried a great variety of Vanity Fair's top-selling illuminations briefs.   What lies beneath the surface of this unassuming full-cut panty? As I've been writing these reviews, I've made it my rule to wear the panty as I write the review. It's only fair, I reasoned. But it meant that, in all cases, I had to change out of the Vanity Fair Ravissant panties first to do it.
